Operations Assistant

To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a tech-savvy Operations Assistant to support the CEO and assist with key operations functions. This role involves ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees, managing various operational tasks, and contributing to the company’s overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist the CEO with daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Provide support in project management and execution.
Employee Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials and documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.
Administrative Assistance:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Technical Support:
- Utilize SQL for data management and reporting tasks.
- Manage Google Apps and Microsoft Office accounts and provide user support.
- Assist with IT-related tasks and troubleshooting.
Data Management:
- Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Project Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of projects.
- Track project progress and deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong technical skills with administrator and user knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
