We’re excited to have been awarded the 2021 Product of the Year Award from Internet Telephony and TMCnet. We are thrilled to celebrate the sixth consecutive year of being recognized as an innovator in the call recording and voice analytics industry. We’ve worked to make CallCabinet the modern, work-from-anywhere compliance platform of choice.
We saw an immediate and increasing need for a cloud-based customer interaction platform from the outset of CallCabinet’s design. We made it UC-friendly and PBX-agnostic, but as CallCabinet evolved, the need for it to deliver compliance to a dispersed workforce became more urgent than anyone could’ve predicted. However, as one of its core design concepts, CallCabinet needed to be easily deployable in any communication scenario. That facet of CallCabinet’s design alone has allowed it to reach across multiple industries that suddenly found them adapting to a dispersed workforce. We made CallCabinet work-from-anywhere before that was a thing.
Challenges of a Dispersed Workforce
The landscape is no longer neat call centers with all their folks working in the same room. All at once we were suddenly calling customer service and hearing the sounds of children, dogs, televisions, and smoothie machines in the background as customer service became a cottage industry. Your service departments can act and appear as a single unified entity so long as their communication standards are uniformly high. We thought it made sense that your call recorder and quality platform should exist in the same platform. CallCabinet was built to perform “voice of the customer” analysis on the calls it collects, through emotive detection, voice and speech analysis. We designed it that way because we were sure it was innovative and would help make our customer’s customers happy. We never set out to win awards, but we also love when we get them.
