Overview
For example: Can I grant permission for the sales team manager to access his team’s calls but not the rest of the organization’s call recordings.
Requirements
Admin access to Main Menu → Settings → Agent Groups and Main Menu → Settings→ Restricted User Roles within the customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account.
Configuration Steps
Step 1
Login to CallCabinet with a user account with Admin privileges
Step 2
Click on: Main Menu → Settings→ Agent Groups
Step 3
Create a group by clicking on ADD GROUP (indicated by 1)
Step 4
Give the group a unique name, in the field indicated by 1, add all the agents you want to be part of this group (indicated by 2) and then click SAVE
Step 5
Click on: Main Menu → Settings→ Restricted User Roles and assign this group to the appropriate restricted user by clicking on the group icon (indicated by 1) associated with the required restricted user.
Step 6
Select the group(s) you want the user to be associated with. Once done click SAVE.
