Overview
In order to restrict access to your CallCabinet account an admin user must enable the Ip Whitelist feature under Settings and add the approved IP Address. This is a useful feature when combined with SSO (Single Sign On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) as an additional layer of security to prevent unwanted access to your CallCabinet tenant.
Requirements
Admin access to Main Menu → Settings → Ip WhiteList within the customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account.
Configuration Steps
Step 1
Login to CallCabinet with a user account with Admin privileges
Step 2
Click on: Main Menu → Settings → Ip WhiteList
Step 3
Click on the checkbox (indicated by 1): Use IP Whitelist to enable the whitelist.
Step 4
Enter required password for confirmation.
Step 5
Add IP Address(s) for user(s) approved to login to CallCabinet by clicking on the ADD NEW IP button.
