Overview
All calls prior to deleting an agent are still historically assigned to the deleted agent, even though the agent profile no longer appears on the Main Menu → Settings → Agent Management page, unless they have been historically reassigned under Main Menu → Settings → Agent Management → Reassign Calls (the cog). Under these circumstances, the call data will still be present for the previous agent that was deleted, but will be assigned to a new agent.
Requirements
User access to Main Menu → Call Listing within the customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account.
Execution Steps
Step 1
Login to CallCabinet with a user account
Step 2
Click on: Main Menu → Call Listing
Step 3
Filter the call data on the Call Listings page by using the following criteria:
- The extension number assigned to the previously deleted agent and
- A date range that is set to before the agent was deleted.
