Overview
This document describes how to install the CallCabinet Compliant Recording & Analytics app. The notes below will give you a detailed breakdown of the steps to follow.
Step 1
In the Zoom marketplace, click the “Visit Site to Add” button in the CallCabinet Compliant Recording & Analytics application. This will redirect you to the installation page in the CallCabinet web application.
Step 2
Login to CallCabinet with your CallCabinet account.
If you do not have a CallCabinet account, please contact CallCabinet support to assist you with registering a new account.
If you only have one company registered on this account, you will be redirected to the installation page automatically.
If you have more than one company registered on this account, please select the company the installation is required for:
In the left navigation menu, navigate to Settings >> Site Management
On the Site Management page, click the PROVISION ZOOM button.
Step 3
Complete the form and click the ADD TO ZOOM button.
After clicking the “Add To Zoom” button, you will be prompted to confirm that all the required CallCabinet sites are created for this registration.
This is required as the registration will automatically generate a Zoom Group for each site. Users can be assigned to these groups as needed. You can find instructions on how to add users to the CallCabinet Recording Zoom Groups here.
For example, if you have two sites named New York and Chicago, two groups will be created in your Zoom Account: “CallCabinet Recording Group – New York” and “CallCabinet Recording Group – Chicago”. If you have not created you CallCabinet sites, click “No” and add the sites before registering for Zoom recording again.
If “Zoom Contact Center” is selected,” please make sure to adjust the Automatic Call Recording settings accordingly in your Zoom Account. To learn how to change the Automatic Call Recording settings for Zoom Contact Center, please refer to the following Knowledge Base article.
Step 4
Login to your Zoom profile if requested. And review and allow permissions to install the CallCabinet Compliant Recording & Analytics app on your Zoom account.
A page will be returned with the registration status, indicating whether your CallCabinet Compliant Recording & Analytics registration was successful and the appropriate steps to complete your installation.
