Overview
A user that has previously been deleted may easily be reinstated on the Main Menu → Settings → User Management page.
NOTE: A User is an individual who has login access to the call recordings stored in CallCabinet.
Requirements
Admin access to Main Menu → Settings → User Management within the customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account.
Execution Steps
Step 1
Login to CallCabinet as an admin user.
Step 2
Navigate to: Main Menu → Settings → User Management
Step 3
In the bottom left-hand corner of the details page, enable the checkbox Show Deleted Users. This is illustrated by 1.
Step 4
The data table will display all deleted users. You are able to reactivate the deleted users by clicking on the REACTIVATE button, illustrated by 2. Doing so ‘undeletes’ the user and they may once again login to their CallCabinet account.
